Assess, Address,
and Adjust
Before the Architect Assessment. Before the Engagement. Before the Signal Retreat. There was this book. The frameworks that became the Cognitive Operating System started right here.

The book walks you through the same three-pillar architecture that drives everything I do today. Each pillar is a lens for seeing what's actually keeping you stuck, and a practical method for getting unstuck.
Perspective
How you view things. The first pillar strips away the beliefs you've confused with facts and replaces them with an honest assessment of where you actually stand. Pillars vs. crutches. What's holding you up vs. what's propping you up.
Program
How you run things. Your daily operating system, your routines, your decision-making habits. This pillar evaluates whether the program you're running is the one you actually designed, or one you inherited by default.
Process
How you do things. The specific actions and sequences that produce your results. This is where the framework meets execution. Assess what's happening. Address what needs to change. Adjust and move forward.
I wrote Assess, Address, and Adjust because I was stuck. Not in a dramatic way. In the quiet way that successful people get stuck. Everything looked fine from the outside. Inside, I knew something was off but couldn't name it.
The frameworks in this book came from the work of others, applied with discipline. Psycho-Cybernetics. Gay Hendricks' Zone of Genius. Years of separating signal from noise in my own career and the careers of people I worked with.
The three pillars in this book (Perspective, Program, Process) evolved directly into the framework I use today: Know Thyself. Know Thy Craft. Know Thy Worth. The language changed. The architecture didn't.
