I’ve spent over 25 years in financial services, the last 9 running my own independent practice. I know what it feels like to work nights and weekends, to chase every prospect, and to wonder if there's a better way. There is.
Over the past several years, I've coached dozens of advisors through a systematic transformation process. I've seen what keeps advisors stuck and I've developed a methodology that works: diagnose the inefficiencies, eliminate the waste, and rebuild the practice deliberately around your highest-value activities.
My approach is different. I don't teach generic tactics or give you a motivational pep talk. Think of it like buying the ugliest house on the block: we strip it to the studs, assess what's structurally sound, and reconstruct deliberately toward your vision. Transformation, not transaction.
This isn't generic coaching where we meet once a week and hope things improve. This is a transformation engagement with concrete deliverables, measurable outcomes, and accountability that actually moves the needle. Operators hope for results. Architects build systems that produce them.

Payton joined Jumpstart in July of 2025 and has been leading rooms since most people her age were still figuring out how to show up on time.
Years of customer service and management roles built something you can't teach: the ability to read a situation fast, handle it with maturity, and make the person in front of you feel like they're the only priority.
She brings all of that into every conversation at Jumpstart Coaching Lab.
Her job is to connect the right people to the right resources — and she does it the way she does everything else. With empathy, directness, and a level of follow-through that tends to surprise people.
She's the person who makes sure you never feel like you're being sold to, even when the answer is a clear 'yes'.
