Why I capped my year at 308 hoursThe premise: work less in the business so you are building something sellable. How I held my time at 30 percent for two years and then sold the RIA.

The red, yellow, green filterRed moves money and happens today. Yellow happens this week. Green gets scheduled and does not get to interrupt you. Built live in ChatGPT.

Opening in limited releases

Every meeting, scored the way a coach would score it.

Upload a meeting transcript. The Architect Score™ grades the behaviors that turn prospects into clients and clients into deeper relationships, shows the evidence behind every score, and names the one thing to do better next time.

Works with transcripts from Jump, Zocks, Zoom or any notetaker.

Illustrative example, not a real meeting.
Not a summary. A verdict, with the evidence.

Your notetaker already tells you what was said. The Architect Score tells you how well you did it, behavior by behavior, and what to change.

A score out of 100

Every behavior on the scorecard placed in red, yellow or green, weighted by how much it matters to the outcome of the meeting.

The evidence

One line from the meeting behind each score, so you can see exactly why, written without client names.

The next band up

A coaching point for every behavior: what yellow looks like when you're in red, and what earns a 9 or 10 when you're already green.

Every opportunity

Each planning opportunity in the meeting, who raised it, and whether it left with a concrete next step or was left on the table.

From the first hello to the annual review.

Each meeting has its own scorecard, because a great introduction and a great review ask different things of you.

1

Introduction

A prospect who feels understood and leaves with the next meeting booked.

2

Data Gathering

The complete picture, confirmed priorities, the planning fee stated with confidence, and the Presentation on the calendar.

3

Presentation

Every recommendation tied to a goal, and a clear commitment to move forward, fee included.

4

Implementation

A new client who knows what they signed, what happens next, and when you'll meet again.

5

Review

A client who feels known, sees their progress, and brings more of their financial life to you.

Prospect meetings are scored on one thing: building a good working relationship that turns a prospect into a client.
Review meetings are scored on two: maintaining the relationship, and advancing it.
Software can count words. Judgment is the product.

Several notetakers now let you write your own scorecard. The hard part was never the software. It's knowing which behaviors to measure, what green actually looks like, and how much each one should count.

  • Built from lived experienceEvery scorecard comes from 25+ years of running and coaching advisory practices, not a template library.
  • Calibrated before releaseEach scorecard was checked against a coach's own scoring of 35 real advisor meetings, then adjusted until they agreed.
  • Fair when a moment doesn't come upIf a behavior has no place in a given meeting, it isn't scored, and the meeting is still out of 100.
  • Tracked until it's fixedPick up to three behaviors to work on. Each one is followed from where it started until your last three meetings of that type are green.

A notetaker remembers the meeting. A coach tells you what to do differently in the next one.

The Architect Score is the coach's half.
Your clients' data doesn't stay with us.

Deleted after scoring

Each transcript is deleted as soon as it's scored. Only the scores and short evidence lines, written without client names, remain.

Never used to train AI

Your meetings are scored, not added to anyone's training data.

Advisors see their own

Each advisor sees only their own meetings. Firm leaders see the team view.

For advisors who want to get better on purpose.

Firms
