This is the COO-check from the video. It is the free skill I built to pressure-test any task before I start it. Before you sink an hour into something, it asks the three questions a good COO would ask, so your time goes where the leverage is.

Most of us decide what to work on by what is loudest, not by what pays. The COO-check is a small skill that runs a quick filter on any task, so you catch the low-leverage work before it eats your morning.
If you cannot say in one sentence how this task connects to money, that is the signal. It moves down the list.
Some work is far cheaper at a different hour or in a different state of energy. The check surfaces the better window.
If you reached for the task because it felt productive, the check names the real problem it is supposed to solve first.
This is the way I run my own day. It will not make the decision for you. It makes the trade-off visible so you decide on purpose instead of on autopilot.

Dominique Henderson, CFP® I build the AI skills that run my own practice, and the COO-check is the one I reach for most. In the video I show you how I built it. This is so you can run it yourself today. If it helps, the next step is learning to build your own, which is what the Playbook is for.
